This course focused on designing and building modern, cloud-based websites using visual web-authoring tools that allow designers to prioritize form, function, and user experience over manual coding. Throughout the course, I applied foundational web design principles, including layout, color theory, texture, typography, and imagery, to create visually cohesive and user-centered digital experiences. Emphasis was placed on intentional design decisions, accessibility, and usability, culminating in the development of a polished website that demonstrates both creative and strategic web design skills relevant to professional and client-facing environments.

From Mic to Launch is a guided, instructional website designed to walk beginner podcasters through the podcast creation process from concept development to long-term sustainability. The site translates a traditional training manual into a structured, web-based learning experience using clear navigation, intentional visual hierarchy, and supportive design elements. Each section is purposefully designed to reduce cognitive overload while encouraging action through guided prompts, practical tips, and curated resources. This project demonstrates my ability to design learner-centered websites that balance instructional clarity with professional, engaging visual design.
